Melanie Poole is the Head of Property Management at Daystar, where she leads and guides the property management team with expertise and dedication. Melanie is responsible for organizing, processing, and approving both commercial and residential property matters, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly and efficiently. Her leadership helps steer the team toward success while providing exceptional service to property owners and tenants alike.
Melanie takes pride in helping landlords plan renovations to maximize the return on their investments. She also offers assistance with final inspections for landlords who don't live locally, ensuring their properties are in top condition.
Outside of work, Melanie enjoys walking her dog, spending time at the beach, practicing yoga, and planning her next holiday. She's always trying to be savvy in both her personal and professional life. A fun fact about Melanie is that she loves a good cocktail and has some signature dance moves that are sure to make an impression on any night out!
