This suburb is in two sections one side of Alma Road the other side along Dilke Road known as “One Tree Point”, the latter having some very desirable streets offering water views & access. Padstow Heights is known by the locals for some great hiking tracks. One that starts at Alma Road follows down to Salt Pan Creek following the creek up stream along the boardwalks & bush tracks passing great picnic areas & parks.  Other areas that can be passed are Morgans Creek & Boomerang Reserve.
